1. Data we collect

Account data — email address or user ID, password (stored as a one-way hash), and account type (athlete, team manager, organizer, administrator).

Athlete data — name (Thai/English), gender, date of birth, national ID or passport number, team affiliation and profile photo.

Team data — team name, abbreviation, province, phone numbers, email, contact person name and team logo.

Competition data — event entries, entry (seed) times, race results and split times.

Photos — when you choose to change a profile photo or team logo, the app asks for camera permission or lets you pick an image. Only the image you choose is uploaded.

Data kept only on your device — login tokens (in encrypted device storage), your language preference and app error logs. These are not sent off your device.

The app does not collect location, contacts or advertising IDs, and contains no ads or third-party tracking/analytics.

2. How we use data

• To authenticate you and manage your account
• To register and manage swimming competition entries, including age-group and gender eligibility
• To produce and display competition results, statistics and rankings
• To notify you about new competitions (notifications are generated locally on your device)
• To comply with applicable law

3. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data is disclosed only as follows:

• Public results — athlete name, team, age group and times are shown publicly in the app and on the website, as is standard for sports competitions.
• Organizers and team managers — entry data is shared with the organizer of the competition you enter and with your team's manager, to run the competition.
• When required by law or with your consent.

National ID and passport numbers are never shown publicly.

4. Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and access is limited to authorized users.

5. Retention

Account and profile data is kept while your account is active. Competition results are kept as part of the historical competition record. When you request account deletion, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.

6. Minors

Some athletes may be minors. A minor's data should be registered by, or with the consent of, a parent or guardian, or by a team manager who has obtained that consent. Parents and guardians may contact us to access, correct or delete their child's data.

7. Your rights and data deletion

You have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You can edit parts of your profile directly in the app. To request deletion of your account and data, email vorachakr@gmail.com with the email or user ID of your account.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest revision date is shown on this page.
